These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Yoboa Markets (the "Service"), operated by Yoboa Markets. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Yoboa Markets provides charts, market data, and AI-generated summaries and reports for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, or an offer or solicitation of any kind. Yoboa Markets is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or exchange, does not custody funds or assets, and does not execute trades.
Market data is sourced from third parties (including CoinGecko) and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. AI-generated content may contain errors. You should independently verify any information before relying on it and consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
You must provide accurate information to create an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid tiers are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to circumvent usage limits or security, scrape or resell data at scale, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yoboa Markets will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any losses resulting from financial decisions made based on information from the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
